With a seating Capacity of 120 guests, the Fairway room is large enough to accommodate family reun-ions, birthday and anniversary parties, rehearsal and retirement dinners, showers, small wedding recep-tions, and corporate events.

All pricing is based on a four hour room rental. If extra hours are needed they can be purchased for an additional fee. The room opens 30 minutes before the event. Bar service begins 15 minutes before the scheduled event and ends 15 minutes prior to the ending time.

All Federal, State, and Local laws pertaining to beverage purchases and consumption are adhered to strictly. Deer Run Golf Course, as licensee, is responsible for the administration of the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. Deer Run Golf Course takes seriously its responsibility to serve alcohol with care and therefore reserves the right to refuse the service of alcoholic beverages at anytime to anyone. Under no circumstance will shots be given at anytime. Any food remaining at the end of the event may not leave the premises.
